Toys for children - playing robot for small children.

My brother has this little droid. It has no function million. Has three. Important for small children! The first function is that we have sound (like the talking robot) and during this time he lit the stomach. The second function is that the spin his eyes, while changing its appearance. A third feature is that the legs have wheels mounted as if the inside of the beads.
The robot is very cool! Children are very fond of such gadgets!
Unfortunately, I have no idea of what the company is the robot.
