Butter with walnuts
300g walnuts
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
Nuts roast in the oven for 10min in 150 degrees occasionally stirring with a wooden spatula.
Cooled down nuts translate into a cloth and rub to exfoliation bitter skins.
Nuts translate into a food processor along with the honey, oil and salt.
You should blend it to obtain the desired consistency.
Butter is not as creamy as commercially made from peanuts, but this is not a downside.
But it is incredibly healthy, can be found in the polyunsaturated fatty acids, iron, magnesium and plenty of vitamin E.
The taste beats all other spreads.
It's hard not to eat the whole spoon straight from the jar.
