The train arrived at the station just before the derailment. It turned out that the probable cause of the accident were technical oversight. Rail derailment site were significantly deformed, the responsibility of the maintenance of the railway station. Abnormal shape of the track led to the extraction of the wheels of the locomotive. The second cause of the accident were deficiencies chassis cars. Backlash in the axis of the wheel caused the vibration pins and jump out the entire chassis.
