Blouses with medium sleeves - what to wear on top?

The stores more and more shirts with medium sleeves. When the days are cooler would do well to put something on top. Usually I assume jacket material with sequins at the castle! Or denim jacket. Despite all the jacket always tuck the sleeves!
P. S. Always jacket to wear clothes where there is little print to not look too over the top and cheesy.
