This is a very good instrument for beginners. It does not have the dynamic keyboard, but it sounds very good quality as equipment for the money. We strongly advise against buying some strange Chinese inventions. This Yamaha has MIDI input and output of an external synchronizing capabilities. In conjunction with a laptop and the right software gives really a lot of fun. Display of notes on the stave and the lessons are very help in learning how to play on the key.
