How to deploy fire extinguishers in the building?

This is a fire extinguisher and fire hose in my school. On each corridor are the outfits. The school is well prepared in case of fire. Especially after I went all over the place at the school and watched or extinguishers are everywhere. For every corridor I saw two fire extinguishers and fire hose. However, I have not seen this equipment in the cafeteria. Unless it looked bad or have it somewhere in the kitchen.
