Destroyed during transport plastic pots.
Oh no, my precious plastic pots my little green-thumb babies have been tragically murdered by a rogue postal ninja!

Im sitting here, staring at this glorious, gaping maw of a box, and Im not even mad at the courier. Im mad at the universe for letting this happen. I mean, come on, its not like were shipping a fragile vase of antique porcelain. These are sturdy little plastic pots. Theyre basically like the IKEA of planters cheap, cheerful, and completely unprepared for a gentle delivery.

I thought I was about to enter the new home phase of my life finally, finally, Im going to have my plants looking like they belong in a botanical garden, not a backyard with a leaky faucet. Now, instead, I have a damaged report to write, and my plants are currently on life support (or, more accurately, on sitting in a broken box support).

Im going to send this back to the dealer, and Im going to write a letter so detailed, so sarcastic, so outrageously funny, that theyll either laugh or cry or maybe just send me a replacement box with Im sorry written on it in glitter.

But honestly? This isnt the end. Its just the beginning of my Pots vs. Post Office saga. And Im already plotting how to turn this into a meme. My plants didnt die. They were delivered to their new home... in a box that looked like it was attacked by a toddler with a power drill.

So, to the courier: you win. You broke my dreams. But Ill be back. With a vengeance... and maybe a little more bubble wrap.

Your overly dramatic, slightly traumatized, but still hopeful plant enthusiast.

P.S. If youre reading this, Im sorry. Im not mad. Im just very, very sad. And maybe a little bit angry at the box.

If the pots were actually indestructible, would the postal service have still delivered them in such a visibly compromised box, or would theyve just left a note saying your plants are fine, but were not responsible for our packaging?
