The village of umbrellas

The shocking fact about this village is that the small park is usually empty but at each Sunday it fill with people with umbrellas - every time - even if the is a sunny weather.

It is in fact a big zoo, and it has many different animals, but the one that stands out the most is a huge white dinosaur. I see a giant snake, which is a dinosaur.
