What is the best diet to lose weight fast?
Do not eat anything! After all, so after two days of sick of you diet. You say that you practice? After three days of sick of you and you'll say "a week".
And if you want to lose weight eat two bananas a day, and three apples. For this no junk food and daily exercise (at least 30 minutes per day).

A healthy and balanced diet should be:  

  • No fat.
  • No sugar
  • No meat,
  • no eggs.

 

 I don't know if I will be able to lose weight, but I do know that if I don't get my junk eating in check, I will suffer from the ill effects that comes with it. If I continue with the same diet, what should I do?

I think it is time for a diet with fresh fruit.

A few weeks ago, I got a craving for fruit, and I decided to try this diet. I decided to eat more than I would normally.

I decided to try to eat three of each kind. I also decided to eat less than the recommended amount of fruit, which is about one or two fruit fruits. I am eating fruits like strawberries, blueberries and blackberries. 

When you try a diet, and have a good diet, you will be able to get the results you desire. If you want to see your progress, you can do a quick online exercise.

This is my personal workout. It is very fast, and I am getting the results I crave. It doesn't even make any difference as to what you eat.

You can do any exercise you would like. Now, do I recommend going on a diet? No. You have to decide what is best for you, your body, your mind, yourself, your kids and your marriage.

What is right for you is your decision.

I have tried this diet before. I was a little discouraged about the idea, as I had always had a really good body, but I got off it and felt much better. This diet also has a very fast pace, but you are eating less and less to get into that fast zone.

When I first tried this diet about three months ago I was skeptical but result comes quickly.
