The beauty of nature - butterflies, grass and other flowers. Do butterflies are tasty?
Nature is beautiful. So colorful, cheerful. And especially can indicate this photo taken in August 2014, when it was all beautiful!
But today reviewing the photos, do not reflect on the beauty of this and precision, but
1) What is the taste of butterflies? And even if one eats them?
2) Is it possible to make a salad of grass to eat it was impossible to be happy?
replies:
1) Unfortunately, I do not know the taste of butterflies, whether it is to eat them. Internet failed me this time.
2) Oh! While the dishes from the grass! I was surprised but as you can see a people is like a cow, eat the grass, but that well seasoned and additives;)

Why is it worth spending time in nature?

Being in nature has countless benefits for humans. Many of us can confirm that contact with nature has a very positive effect on us.

In this post I will try to answer Why is this happening - why we need open nature for our mental and physical health.

Our body and mind get all the benefits by observing and empathizing with fauna and flora. Redirecting attention from the troubles and ills of everyday life to sounds, smells and images from the natural environment gives us the opportunity to clear our mind.

Bird singing, the rustle of leaves, the rustle of grasses are disappearing from our well-worn routine more and more often, and are replaced by office or factory chaos, people's screams, machines rattling and clocks constantly counting down.

All calming noises are helpful for the person.

We live in a post-modern society that believes only in the latest fashions and technological developments, but doesn't really understand or care about the old way of life that was passed down by our parents, grandparents and the cultures that lived during their lifetime. We spend many of our free time on social media, but we're rarely in nature, and don't get the benefit of the peace and quiet, or the opportunity to appreciate the beauty and fragility of our surroundings.

When people are so disconnected from natural and natural environment, they often feel as if everything about their lives is "wired".

Calming sounds of nature

For example, the sounds of a cricket soothe and calm us down. Those who, at least for a moment, want to focus on themselves, should go to the waterfall, because the sound of falling and breaking water will help us a lot. The noise of the stream will improve our mood on bad days, the strong wind rustling in the trees strengthens our strength, mobilizes and at the same time improves our concentration. The sounds of rain are very relaxing and put you to sleep.

And the sounds of the wind give you hope and happiness, so when the wind starts changing from the gentle to the violent, you will see a huge difference. If you don't have such a strong belief in nature, you will always be afraid of the rain coming and how the water may change from one day to the next.  If you don't have any other faith, then even if you hear the sound of a rainstorm you still won't be so worried about it.

I think that's just the nature of things. There are plenty of other things that are similar.   For example, water has the potential to give us a lot of confidence and a feeling of confidence, as it is an excellent source of energy.

The sound that comes out of a water bottle is just an example.

Workout - only outside

Activity on the fresh air is much more efficient and much more beneficial than even exercising in the gym.

The difference is in the air quality. In closed rooms, the air is dry and contains more pollutants than outside. Dry air can cause breathing problems and excessive sweating. Exercising in the fresh air is more enjoyable, and our muscles work more naturally, which means that we burn more calories.

Finally, what is missing the most in today's lifestyle, i.e. the sun's rays. Recent studies have shown that a lack of (natural) sunlight can cause cancer, increase muscle aches and the likelihood of osteoporosis. The sun is the main source of vitamin D, which has a very positive effect on bones and helps in the absorption of calcium and phosphorus.

The active form of vitamin D protects against uncontrolled cell division - and therefore prevents cancer.

So the next time we feel weaker in body or spirit, let's just go outside, even 15 minutes can change our whole day.
